These chains have pads on both ends of the pins that connect the buckles. These pads are used to contain the oil which is put in during factory manufacture and keep the working area for the pins and buckles well lubricated. As a result of this, these chains need to be lubricated less often compared to chains without O-Rings.

This is the world’s lowest friction chain. They have 1.5-2 times more life expectancy compared to the O-Ring chains. In X-Ring chains, the friction is minimized due to the 4 contact points and the chain performance is increased to it’s maximum potential. This special design increases the lube efficiency and protects the chain against dirt particles and dust.

These top of the line chains have the same low friction, maximum performance characteristics of the standart X-Ring chains, but have approximately 40% more life expectancy.
